UC Merced Alumni Association

Congratulations to our contest winner, Michelle Greenwood!

Her creative blend represents a true Golden Bobcat, and will be featured at Merced Cold Stone!

THE WINNING ENTRY

Coffee ice cream, Caramel, Chocolate, Reese's peanut butter cups, and M&M's

You begin with coffee ice cream because every student needs some extra caffeine to fuel those long study nights and conveniently it's also very close to the color of the golden bobcat.

Then you add in some ribbons of caramel and chocolate to exhibit the unusual and interesting markings of the bobcat, and besides who can resist a little extra delight?

Next you add in some Reese's peanut butter cups to keep the student from becoming homesick. It's like a peanut butter sandwich with the most exquisite bread: chocolate.

Last but not least this 10th and most diverse campus would not be complete without the representation of all the differences and uniqueness that makes up our student body population and our community: M&M's.

Combine all of those flavors for a winning combination and a confection that just can't be turned down.

For winning our contest Michelle Greenwood will receive one quart of the Golden Bobcat Ice Cream Blend and the privledge of having her blend featured at the Merced Cold Stone!
