Why did you apply for the UC Merced Alumni Association Board of Directors?
I wanted to continue my service to UC Merced and our growing alumni population. I believe our community is special because we all forged our connections together through the UCM experience, and we can continue to help each other as we progress through our careers.
How do you balance being on the UCMAA Board with your personal and professional committees?
I focus on a few initiatives I'm passionate about and prioritize those goals. Though we're all busy people, it's helpful to remember that our service can help our fellow alumni and students at UC Merced.
