The Student Board of Trustees (SBOT) is a leadership group of Student Alumni Association (SAA) students who directly engage in the cycle of philanthropy.

As the organization continues to develop, SBOT students will solicit donations, invest these donations, and distribute these donations as a scholarship to a fellow UC Merced student each year.

How Does SBOT Give Back?

SBOT's Student Trustees manage the Comcast Endowment from which interest is allocated back into the university and local community. The endowment is managed and developed by the student trustees.

How Can You Support SBOT?

Join the SAA by taking your Student Alumni Association Membership Pledge. It only takes a few minutes and starts you on your path to being a true philanthropist. Half of your $10 pledge goes to the Comcast Endowment and half is put towards events and benefits for SAA members.
