What is your favorite UC Merced memory? I don't have one favorite memory because there were too many to call one the most meaningful. I will say that some of my favorite UC Merced memories have to be the various situations where we could aid the university in its development in a uniquely innovative way. We were able to implement ideas and work toward separate initiatives that greatly benefited UC Merced growing infrastructure. These acts collectively gave us a deeper sense of purpose, causing our separate contributions to create a connection that made us more than just a student.

Student activities: ASUCM; Campus Activity Board; student research assistant in cognitive psychology; UC Merced Police Department Mentorship Program; African American Student Association (now BSU); "Dear Michelle" Campaign; and University Commencement Planning Committee 2009
