UCMAA Chapter Event Proposal

The UC Merced Chapter Event Proposal Form -- or "ChapApp" is a tool utilized to help the UCMAA Chapters work in partnership with the Office of Alumni Relations. Please aim to submit all ChapApps at least 4-6 weeks prior to the event date. Note that once submitted, it will be processed and reviewed for approval. The Office of Alumni Relations will contact you once the event has been approved, denied or needs changes. 

*All event registration and transactions should be managed by the Office of Alumni Relations and housed on the new
UC Merced Event Registration Portal.
